1. Delivery time
Once we confirm your payment, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 days, subject to availability of stock. We do not process your order on Sundays or public holidays. For orders placed on weekends, please allow one or two additional business days. Most packages delivered will be delivered within 3-5 business days of delivery, and packages that are not in stock will be delivered within 5 business days.
2. Receiving orders
Please note that we do not accept any parcels that are returned without contacting us. In addition, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay customs duties or import taxes.
3. Quality Assurance
Our quality inspection department will carefully check the quality of each item before packing and shipping. We guarantee that our products will be of the highest quality. All clothes are packed in dust bags. Please understand that slight differences in size and color are not a quality issue.

Please give us clear enough evidence to prove that the item itself is of faulty quality. We do not accept the following faults.

1. Items that are more than 15 days old after delivery.

2. Items that have been damaged by the buyer through misuse.
