Our card reader can only serve as a bridge. (ROCKETEK provides reader drivers and SIM card editable software, but we cannot provide smart card drivers and editable software, such as bank cards / ID cards, because it depends on the raw materials or rules of your country and bank.
If you need to read them, you need to ask the smart card provider how to download, install and use them.
1. Unable to read ID card
Cause: the ROCKETEK reader driver is installed, but the ID card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
2. The bank card cannot be read
Cause: the ROCKETEK card reader driver is installed, but the bank card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
Therefore, customers need to understand the use of smart cards.
