The gas-liquid mixing pump is a horizontally installed self-priming gas-liquid mixing pump series product. The pump body is a direct-connected motor structure. The structure and performance of the pump can match the pumps in the United States, Europe and Japan. The pump uses stainless steel castings.
The suction port of the gas-liquid mixing pump can use negative pressure to suck in gas, so there is no need to use air compressors and atmospheric ejectors.
The high-speed rotating pump impeller mixes and stirs liquid and gas, so no stirrer and mixer are needed.
Due to the pressurized mixing in the pump, the gas and liquid are fully dissolved, and the dissolution efficiency can reach more than 80%. Therefore, it is possible to prepare highly dissolved liquid without a large pressurized gas tank or expensive reaction tower. A gas-liquid mixing pump can carry out gas-liquid suction, mixing, dissolution and directly deliver the highly dissolved liquid to the point of use.
Therefore, the use of a gas-liquid mixing pump can improve the efficiency of the production of dissolved gas and liquid, simplify the production device, save space, greatly reduce the initial investment, and save operating costs and maintenance costs.
